Our Tiger Cubs Sessions are Down's Syndrome specific Football sessions for ages 7 plus. Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go! On the day, players will be split into groups based on age and/or ability. All abilities are welcome! The participants will play loads of football, learn new skills and meet new friends!

The QPR Skill Centre Session provides players with a high-quality coaching environment focused on developing technical ability, confidence, and game understanding through structured practices and match-related activities, all aligned with the QPR coaching philosophy. Sessions also place a strong emphasis on the social side of football, helping players build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy being part of a positive and inclusive environment.

Suitable for children in Year 1 to 6

Sessions take place on a 3G astro surface, so players should wear appropriate astro turf footwear.

Please note: There will be no session on Wednesday 18th February.

Our Para-Football sessions are inclusive disability football sessions, that cater for anyone with a disability, age 7 to 16. Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go! On the day, players will be split into groups based on age and/or ability. All abilities are welcome. The participant will play loads of football, learn new skills and meet new friends!

Our Para-Football sessions are inclusive disability football sessions, that cater for anyone with a disability, ages 17+ . Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go! On the day, players will be split into groups based on age and/or ability. All abilities are welcome. The participant will play loads of football, learn new skills and meet new friends!

Our Para-Football sessions are inclusive disability football sessions, that cater for anyone with a disability, age 7 plus. This para-football session is funded by 'Everyone Active- Westminster' and is FREE to attend! Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go! On the day, players will be split into groups based on age and/or ability. All abilities are welcome. The participant will play loads of football, learn new skills and meet new friends!

QPR Healthy Kickers is a free, weekly mental health and wellbeing programme that is football based and open to everyone aged 16-plus. Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go- All abilities are welcome!

Sessions will run every Friday evening @ Alec Reed Academy School.

There will be no session on Friday 20th February due to it being school half term.

All players must be wearing QPR kit with boots for the correct surface (3G) and must bring shin pads.
