QPR Healthy Kickers is a free, weekly mental health and wellbeing programme that is football based and open to everyone aged 16-plus. Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go- All abilities are welcome!

Sessions will run every Friday evening @ Alec Reed Academy School.

There will be no session on Friday 31st October due to it being school half term.

All players must be wearing QPR kit with boots for the correct surface (3G) and must bring shin pads.

Weekly Coaching Sessions on a Monday Evening that cater for boys and girls aged Year 3 to 9. All abilities welcome.

8th September - 8th December

This session takes place at shared venue on an Astroturf pitch, so please ensure your child wears adequate clothing and footwear for the session including shin pads. We also request that participants bring their own water bottle with their name on it.

Kit / equipment:
All players should be wearing QPR ADP training kit, shin pads and correct footwear for 3G surface. No metal studs are allowed.
