Mates and Minds is a FREE monthly Mental Health and Wellbeing drop in session. This session is run as an add on to our Mental Health and Wellbeing session- 'Healthy Kickers'. This session is run on the first Thursday of every month and is followed by our weekly football session down the road.
This session is for anyone (above the age of 16) who would benefit from the space and time to conversate about Mental Health and grow a community.

Weekly Skills sessions on a Monday Evening that cater for boys and girls aged Year 3 to 9. All abilities welcome.

In partnership with The FA, QPR Trust are running weekly mini soccer sessions for girls aged 6-11 years of age. The Wildcats club is for all abilities with sessions based around fun, learning and making new friends.

Weekly Goalkeeper Coaching sessions on a Thursday evening that cater for boys and girls aged 7 to 14.
