Weekly Coaching, September 11
Weekly Skills sessions on a Wednesday Evening that cater for boys and girls aged Year 1 to 6. All abilities welcome.

17:00-18:30

This session takes place at shared venue on an Astroturf pitch, so please ensure your child wears adequate clothing and footwear for the session including shin pads. We also request that participants bring their own water bottle with their name on it.

Please note there is no session in Half Term (19th February)

Our Para-Football sessions are inclusive disability football sessions, that cater for anyone with a disability, age 7 to 16. Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go! On the day, players will be split into groups based on age and/or ability. All abilities are welcome. The participant will play loads of football, learn new skills and meet new friends!

Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go! On the day, players will be split into groups based on age and/or ability. Open trials for the QPR Advanced Development Programme.

This trial is open for both outfielders and goalkeepers.

The evening will mainly consist of small sided games.

Any successful players will be invited into the programme to start the following week.

All abilities welcome.

This session takes place at shared venue on a Astroturf pitch, so please ensure your child wears adequate clothing and footwear for the session including their own goalie gloves. We also request that participants bring their own water bottle with their name on it.

Please note there is no session on Thursday 20th February

This para-football session is funded by 'Everyone Active- Westminster' and is FREE to attend! Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go! On the day, players will be split into groups based on age and/or ability. All abilities are welcome. The participant will play loads of football, learn new skills and meet new friends!

Mates and Minds is a FREE monthly Mental Health and Wellbeing drop in session. This session is run as an add on to our Mental Health and Wellbeing session- 'Healthy Kickers'. This session is run on the first Thursday of every month and is followed by our weekly football session down the road.
This session is for anyone (above the age of 16) who would benefit from the space and time to conversate about Mental Health and grow a community.

QPR Healthy Kickers is a free, weekly mental health and wellbeing programme that is football based and open to everyone aged 16-plus. Whether this be for a first time footballer, or someone with some experience, why not come along and give it a go- All abilities are welcome!
